Due to the fact that all items are custom made to a customer specifications, and pre-approved by said customer (including, but not limited to image, placement, sizing, and materials used). As well as every item being thouroughly checked for quality and to meet the above curriculum per order...All sales are final.
 However, we do aim  for complete customer satisfaction. So in the event of any dissatisfaction, or misprints you can further reach out @ custumerservice@shirtzrus.com and express your concerns, and we will reach back out if there to discuss a possibility of a resolution or replacement on an issue.
